How to join

Click on the [Sign Up] link and complete the form in order to create your account. Once your account is created, you can immediately benefit from our membership privileges such as discounts and reward credits. Also, it saves you all the hassle of filling out your billing and shipping information every time you place an order since you can save your information securely on our site.

How to order

Order is processed as below:
Step 1: Search for products.
Step 2: Add products to your shopping cart.
Step 3: Log in with a member ID or non-member order.
Step 4: Fill in the order form.
Step 5: Proceed with payment.
Step 6: Complete the order and you will see the order number.

Payment

We accept the following forms of payment:

Shipping

  • Shipping Method : Parcel Service
  • Shipping Area : A Region.
  • Shipping Rate : Conditional Free : $15 will be charged for shipping, if your order amount is less than $100.
  • Delivery Time : 3 - 7 days
  • All orders ship from our headquarters in Daegu, Republic of Korea.

    We use EMS for all international shipments. Average total transit time is 1-7 business days. However, delays can occur in transit or due to holds at your local customs office, so it may take longer for an order to be delivered.

    Important: Your order is shipped once your payment has been cleared. Please contact our customer service center if you would like to request an exchange or return on your order.

    - Customs and Duties
    The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.

RETURN POLICY

Orders can be returned within 30 days of purchase. We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in sellable condition for a full refund within this time frame. Please allow 2 to 4 business days to process the return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued!
HOT HAN is not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend a shipping method with a proof of delivery or tracking number.
  • We currently do not generate return labels for international shipments, customers will be responsible for return shipments & cost.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Initial shipping fee in excess of $20 will be deducted from the refund amount**.** (Limited to orders under $200.)
  • Final Sale items are not eligible for a return.
  • You are responsible for postage costs of returning the items.
  • There are some things that may affect the amount that you have been refunded, for example, any discounts that were applied at the time of sale, which may not now be applicable.
  • During promotional preiods or sales products are only eligible for a refund.
  • Items that are bought with Store Credit vouchers cannot be returned for a refund. We can only issue you a new Store Credit voucher for the same price.

EXCHANGES & PRICE MATCHING

We do not offer exchanges or price-matching at this time. Please follow the return policy steps for the items you wish to exchange and visit us to submit a new order for your new items.

HOW TO RETURN, PROCESSING & REFUNDS

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Start A Return

You can request a return in [My Account]-[My Order Status]. We do not offer exchanges, only returns can be requested.

Get Your Return Ready

Please wrap the returned item in plastic with the product barcode. We recommend using a carrier that offers tracking. Please do not combine multiple returns into one package and -in contrast- do not separate a return for one order into multiple boxes. This can cause delays of up to 14 business days in our internal processing procedure. We strongly advise packaging that can contain all the items you wish to return. Be sure to follow the instructions provided to guarantee that your return is processed smoothly. If you require further assistance, please contact a customer support agent by clicking here.

Processing & Refunds

Please allow 2 to 4 business days to process your return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once a refund has been issued!
Customer is responsible for return shipping. Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

All items discounted by 30% or more, are automatically classified as final sale purchases. Final sale purchases are not eligible for returns unless they have been deemed as faulty by a HOT HAN customer service representative.

Refunds

It takes 3-5 business days to issue a refund for a returned or cancelled order.
Please be advised that your refund may not be processed until the next billing month depending on your credit card issuer's billing schedule.

Other

Pending period for reward store credit:
Your reward store credit issued from orders will be added to your account and stay as Pending for 20 days from delivery before validation to compensate time for exchange or returns. Meanwhile, you are free to spend your available store credit balance.

Requirements:
If you pay for your order with store credit, you are required to spend a minimum store credit of #min_mileage.”
The maximum store credit you can spend on one order is “max_mileage.”

Cancellation of store credit:
Pending credit issued from orders will be automatically cancelled on cancellation or return of the relevant order. Your store credit will be cancelled if you close your account. Also, your store credit will expire if there is no newly issued store credit for three years.
