RETURN POLICY
Orders can be returned within 30 days of purchase. We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in sellable condition for a full refund within this time frame. Please allow 2 to 4 business days to process the return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued!
HOT HAN is not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend a shipping method with a proof of delivery or tracking number.
- We currently do not generate return labels for international shipments, customers will be responsible for return shipments & cost.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Initial shipping fee in excess of $20 will be deducted from the refund amount**.** (Limited to orders under $200.)
- Final Sale items are not eligible for a return.
- You are responsible for postage costs of returning the items.
- There are some things that may affect the amount that you have been refunded, for example, any discounts that were applied at the time of sale, which may not now be applicable.
- During promotional preiods or sales products are only eligible for a refund.
- Items that are bought with Store Credit vouchers cannot be returned for a refund. We can only issue you a new Store Credit voucher for the same price.

We do not offer exchanges or price-matching at this time. Please follow the return policy steps for the items you wish to exchange and visit us to submit a new order for your new items.

Get Your Return Ready
Please wrap the returned item in plastic with the product barcode. We recommend using a carrier that offers tracking. Please do not combine multiple returns into one package and -in contrast- do not separate a return for one order into multiple boxes. This can cause delays of up to 14 business days in our internal processing procedure. We strongly advise packaging that can contain all the items you wish to return. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
All items discounted by 30% or more, are automatically classified as final sale purchases. Final sale purchases are not eligible for returns unless they have been deemed as faulty by a HOT HAN customer service representative.
